Operational Empowerment for Learning Enterprises

   

Industrial enterprises as well as public service and non-profit organisations must find their specific path to sustainable success under increasingly difficult and vague conditions (globalisation). This path – the learning of an organisation – consists of continual cycles of target identification, concept development, and implementation and performance monitoring. An organisation which adopts all essential and required empowerments and consequently implements same ensures its success and survival. It is my mission to develop operational empowerment in learning enterprises and institutions.
This process includes the review of corporate identity (mission development, values management), the development and implementation of sustainable strategy, the design and definition of integrated management systems (Total Quality Management) including controlling which incorporates hard as well as soft facts and – last but not least – the promotion of a corporate culture which is open to future trends and learning methods.
